Do you offer self-drive minibus hire if I have a standard car licence?
No. All services are strictly chauffeured-only. We provide the vehicle and driver, so you avoid credit card bonds, insurance liability, and logbook requirements. For self-drive hire, our sister company Low Cost Self Drive can help.
What credentials do your drivers hold for school or corporate charters in Victoria?
Every driver holds the appropriate heavy vehicle licence plus Driver Accreditation from Safe Transport Victoria. For school trips, they also hold valid Working with Children Checks (WWCC), ensuring compliance and peace of mind.
What size minibuses are available?
Our chauffeured fleet runs from 9-seaters up to 24-seat mini-coaches, with 12 and 14-seat vehicles as the most commonly booked sizes. Tell us your passenger numbers and luggage requirements and we will recommend the right vehicle.
Is there luggage space for airport and cruise transfers?
Yes. Minibuses carry standard cabin and check-in luggage internally, and for larger groups or cruise departures we can attach an enclosed luggage trailer. Mention your bag count when you enquire so we allocate the right combination.
Are tolls and parking included, or charged separately?
Your driver handles tolls, parking, and loading zone access on the day, so nobody in your group is managing those. Exactly how they appear on your invoice is set out in your written quote before you confirm.
Can we book a minibus for a full day with several stops?
Yes. Full-day and multi-stop hires are common for race days, winery trips, and club outings. Send us the running order and we will build the timings around it, including any waiting time between stops.
How far in advance should we book?
A couple of weeks' notice is usually enough for a single minibus. Peak periods — the spring racing carnival, finals season, school terms, and December functions — book out earlier, so get in touch as soon as your dates are firm.
